You can try manna Energy Strips for up to 30 days after your order is delivered. If you're not happy with them, contact us within those 30 days and we'll refund the product price, even if the tin has been opened.
How to request a refund
- Send us a message through the contact page with your order number.
- You don't need to send the product back unless we ask for it.
- Once we approve it, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Good to know
Shipping costs aren't refundable. The guarantee applies once per customer and covers up to 6 tins per order. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it for free.
